Dashboard gives each user an overview of their active sites, latest activity and possible messages from the WMS team or any other WMS user.
Activity Logs and User Management
WMS tracks activity of each user. The activity logs can be shown and filtered by site, user, date or type of the activity. Each activity gives a detail of the action (eg: Edited page content) and links of to the particular location (the page that was edited). Administrators have also a complete control over who has access to their site and what roles the users are in.
External Links
External links manager keeps track of all the external links within your site. A single change of the link in the manager will persist the changes accross all pages and components.
Installation and Automatic Backups
The centralised design of the CMS ensures data backups in the interval of every 15 minutes and regular off-site backups. Furthermore there is no need to install the system. This makes deployment or potential hosting changes hassle-free.
